The Challenge:

The Presidential Office faced the challenge of modernizing its obsolete communications system. Its telephone platform, in operation since 2011, suffered recurrent failures and lacked manufacturer support, creating a critical risk for the continuity of its operations. To ensure security and continuity, the project required personalized advisory services in technological and connectivity solutions to implement a high-availability system, focused on Unified Communications, Contact Center services, and the renewal of its IP Telephony platform.

How did we do it?

Analysis and Diagnosis

A thorough analysis of existing equipment and network infrastructure was conducted, allowing us to determine the new technology that would not only be compatible but would also significantly improve the current structure.

Solution Design

Based on the diagnosis, a detailed work plan was designed covering the installation, configuration, and commissioning of all new equipment.

Implementation and Support

The work plan was executed to ensure proper implementation, followed by knowledge transfer to the client’s technical staff, along with a support plan to guarantee autonomy and long-term optimal operation.

The implemented solution

The deployed solution was a comprehensive Voice over IP (VoIP) communications system designed for high availability. The core of this architecture relied on IP PBXs configured in a redundancy scheme, ensuring that, in the event of any incident, the secondary system would automatically take over operations to guarantee uninterrupted communications.

This redundant system provides essential services such as voice calls, video calls, and conferencing. The project included not only the implementation of the redundant IP Telephony solution but also six months of post-implementation technical support, ensuring optimal performance, no single points of failure, and total peace of mind for the client.
