The Challenge:

As newly constructed facilities, PET SCAN SURCO needed to enable its entire network and communications infrastructure from scratch in order to begin operations. The challenge required personalized consulting in technological and connectivity solutions for the simultaneous implementation of multiple systems, including: Network Connectivity (structured cabling and wireless networks), Unified Communications and Contact Center (IP Telephony), Video Surveillance and Security and Cell Signal Amplification

“In a new building, each system is a piece of a puzzle. Our challenge was to ensure all technological pieces fit perfectly to create a robust, unified infrastructure from day one.”

How did we do it?

1. Blueprint Analysis and Design:

A detailed review of the architectural plans was carried out to identify cabling routes and the most suitable technological options for efficient installation.

2. Multidisciplinary Coordination:

Close collaboration was established with the construction team and other contractors, coordinating access and adjusting planning to ensure orderly integration.

3. Adaptive Approach:

During execution, specific modifications were made to the plans to reflect infrastructure changes and avoid overlaps with other systems, advancing gradually without delays to the overall project.

The implemented solution

A comprehensive and certified technological infrastructure was deployed. The foundation of the solution was a structured cabling system including fiber optics and UTP (Panduit CAT. 6A), on which all other systems were built.
Network connectivity was strengthened with Cisco Meraki and Grandstream switches, plus a Meraki Access Point network with WiFi 6 technology for reliable wireless coverage.

In communications, a Grandstream IP PBX system was installed with IP phones and paging equipment.

For security, a Dahua video surveillance system was deployed with bullet and dome cameras, integrated into a high-capacity NVR and monitored through a Samsung Video Wall.

Finally, cell signal amplifiers were installed to guarantee mobile coverage in critical areas.
