The Challenge:

Grupo San Pablo’s operational growth was being limited by an outdated telephony system with insufficient extension capacity. To unify its clinic network, the project required personalized consulting in technology and connectivity solutions that integrated Unified Communications and Contact Center services (including IP telephony and omnichannel platforms) and, in some locations, Network Connectivity solutions.

How did we do it?

Personalized Diagnosis and Design

Technical visits were carried out in existing clinics to assess the current state, while for new clinics, we participated from the design phase to create tailored solutions.

Multi-Site Coordination

Close coordination was maintained with the responsible teams of each clinic to manage access and define working conditions, ensuring a smooth process.

Progressive Implementation in Stages

The migration and deployment of new technologies were organized in stages, allowing an orderly transition with minimal impact on day-to-day operations.

The implemented solution

An interconnected communication architecture was implemented, installing telephone PBXs in each of the group’s clinics, including Clínica San Pablo, Clínica San Pablo La Victoria, Clínica San Gabriel, Clínica Santa Martha del Sur, Clínica San Juan Bautista, Clínica Jesús del Norte, Clínica San Pablo Huaraz, Clínica San Pablo Arequipa, and the Specialized Center in Chacarilla. All PBXs were connected to a gateway and to the main headquarters, enabling centralized management while maintaining local autonomy.

IP phones were deployed according to each clinic’s specific needs, and a billing and reporting software was integrated for call supervision. In certain clinics, the project also included network infrastructure implementation such as structured cabling, configuration of switches, and wireless access points.
