Electronic Engineer graduated from Universidad Ricardo Palma, with more than 20 years of experience in the design, integration, and management of technological and telecommunications infrastructures. He has led projects involving corporate networks, IP telephony, advanced connectivity, and support for critical platforms, contributing to the strengthening of digital infrastructure across various organizations.

He currently holds the position of Head of the Engineering Department at Construction Site Perú S.A.C., where he leads technical teams specialized in telecommunications, voice and data, and high-performance network solutions. His management covers all project stages, from design to commissioning, maintaining high quality standards through technical leadership, strategic planning, and a continuous improvement approach.
